Candidate's responsibilities

  • Direct communication with players via chat & email.

  • Check-up of client documents necessary for KYC procedures & other ongoing requests.

  • Forwarding any VIP-customer communications to necessary departments.

  • Monitoring platform requests in JIRA & acting on them.

Candidate requirements

  • Strong English and Russian verbal and written communication skills (preferably C1+).

  • Knowledge of German will be an advantage.

  • Good communication skills.

  • Experience in iGaming industry will be an advantage.

  • Desire to learn & improve their own skills.
