Candidate's responsibilities
Direct communication with players via chat & email.
Check-up of client documents necessary for KYC procedures & other ongoing requests.
Forwarding any VIP-customer communications to necessary departments.
Monitoring platform requests in JIRA & acting on them.
Candidate requirements
Strong English and Russian verbal and written communication skills (preferably C1+).
Knowledge of German will be an advantage.
Good communication skills.
Experience in iGaming industry will be an advantage.
Desire to learn & improve their own skills.
