Candidate's responsibilities
Development and implementation of advertising strategies: Planning and launching advertising campaigns with the aim of attracting quality traffic to internal gambling brands;
Creation and testing of creatives: Development of advertising materials (banners, videos), as well as their subsequent testing to identify the most effective ones;
Analysis and optimization of campaigns: Constant monitoring of key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI), analysis of campaign effectiveness and making necessary adjustments to achieve KPIs;
Scaling successful combinations: Identifying the most profitable approaches (combinations of "creative-geo-offer") and their further scaling to increase traffic volumes;
Maintaining reporting: Regular preparation of reports on the results of advertising campaigns for analysis and further planning;
Testing new hypotheses: Constant search and testing of new approaches, geos, audiences, and creatives to improve advertising effectiveness.
Candidate requirements
Expertise in working with advertising accounts. Confident use of tools: Facebook Ads Manager and/or DSP platforms, knowledge of the mechanics of advertising auctions and optimization algorithms, from 6 months;
Trackers: Experience working with a tracker (Keitaro) for analyzing the funnel from click to deposit;
Spy services: Skills in working with spy services (Tyver, AdHeart) for analyzing competitors' creatives and approaches;
Knowledge of key metrics: Understanding and ability to analyze performance indicators: CTR, CPM, CPA, ROAS, IPM, etc.;
Working with applications: Experience driving traffic to PWA and/or native iOS/Android applications (in Facebook Ads or Moloko);
Understanding vertical specifics: Knowledge of the features of gambling offers, payment models (CPL, CPA) and traffic requirements;
Budget management: Skill in effectively allocating and scaling advertising budgets (from $15-30k per month and above);
Creating creatives: Ability to independently create simple creatives or competently write technical specifications for designers.
