Candidate Responsibilities:

Manage all stages of HR operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of all employee lifecycle processes.

Oversee employee onboarding and onboarding processes, including documentation, setting up access to systems, and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Maintain accurate HR documentation and ensure data integrity in HR CRM/HRIS systems.

Timely and professional execution of daily HR operational tasks, processing employee requests, and administrative processes.

Support and promote employee engagement initiatives, including eNPS surveys and follow-up planning.

Organize and facilitate regular one-on-one meetings between employees and managers.

Identify risks related to employee satisfaction and proactively propose initiatives to improve engagement and retention.

Prepare HR reports and track key metrics related to the employee lifecycle, engagement, and retention.

Optimize HR workflows and support the automation of routine processes.

Work closely with HR, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth HR processes and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Serve as the primary point of contact for employees on HR operational matters and internal policy.

Candidate Requirements:

2+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or HR Manager roles.

Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, HR operations).

Experience working with HR CRM / HRIS systems.

Hands-on experience with employee engagement initiatives and eNPS processes.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Experience working in international companies or fast-growing environments is a plus.
