Account Manager (Greater China Region)

AppMagic is looking for an experienced, versatile and highly motivated Account Manager with SaaS experience. If you have mobile, gaming and analytics in your background, that’s even better! You will work with a portfolio of clients and be accountable for driving adoption, engagement, renewal, and growth of our platform and data set. You will build relationships and uncover pain points of your clients and show them how they can drive business value while using AppMagic platform. This is a sales + customer success role, you will need strong sales sense + product knowledge, not just relationship building or just product supporting.

You will be responsible for and take pride in:

  • Develop and execute account plans to maximize value delivered to clients, help customers drive business value from AppMagic platform.

  • Manage client relationships and secure renewals from a sales perspective. Drive upsell through introducing more products with existing clients.

  • Responsible for key account management milestones/activities, including Onboarding, QBR, Identify the Risk, Daily Q&A with strong knowledge of our data, methodology and product. 

  • Maintain a strong level of app industry knowledge in order to have meaningful conversations with clients.

  • Be a trusted and honest advisor to customers and solve their problems with a positive attitude.

  • Be a positive representative of the company and its brand in the marketplace.

You should recognize yourself in the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.

  • SaaS experience required.

  • Strong knowledge of China export business especially gaming and e-commerce industries will be a plus.

  • Experience of account management, demonstrate account management skill and proofed experience is highly needed.

  • Solid understanding of data analytics is highly desired.

  • A thorough understanding of the Mobile Internet ecosystem with strong personal interest is highly desired.

  • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills, strong presentation skills, and interpersonal relationship skills.

  • Must be a creative solution thinker who can drive sales success.

  • Must be detail oriented and flexible.

  • Fluent in Chinese and English as a working language, capable and comfortable to work in both languages efficiently.

  • A keenly developed competitive nature, mature personality, great team player and constant learner.

  • The technical aptitude to master our products.

  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management skills.

  • Tons of energy, passion, humor, and enthusiasm.

  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do positive attitude and willing to grow together with startup.
