Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Although our team is relatively small (about 80+ people), we compete successfully with much larger companies thanks to our ingenuity, professionalism, and determination. Today, we have already reached the #2 position globally in our category.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in LATAM to join our growing team and help us expand our presence in the North American market.

Role Overview

As an SDR, you will play a key role in building our sales pipeline by identifying, researching, and engaging potential customers who can benefit from AppMagic.

This role focuses on outbound prospecting and account-based outreach, primarily targeting mobile gaming studios, publishers, and UA/growth teams across North America. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to generate qualified opportunities and support the growth of our business in the region.

One of the key advantages of working at AppMagic is access to our own powerful market intelligence platform. Our tools provide deep insights about potential prospects — including their revenue, downloads, app portfolio, genres, company size, location, and key decision-makers.

At AppMagic, SDR is not a dead-end role. Strong performers can grow into BDR or Sales roles, and potentially into BDR Manager positions within ~18 months.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying and reaching out to high-potential prospects through personalized emails, calls, and social media.

  • Execute multi-touch outbound sequences using tools such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and HubSpot, ensuring consistent and timely follow-ups.

  • Evaluate and qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure alignment with our Ideal Customer Profile.

  • Engage with prospects generated through industry conferences, events, and webinars, nurturing relationships and maximizing event ROI.

  • Leverage AI tools and market data to research accounts, personalize outreach, and continuously improve outbound efficiency.

  • Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies and maintain accurate CRM records.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English

  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales (experience in Gaming or Mobile is a strong advantage)

  • Proven experience in outbound prospecting via calls and email

  • Hands-on experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to work in a data-driven environment

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, high-performance team

  • Candidates who know how to use AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and improve outbound performance will have a strong advantage.
