AppMagic – a leading B2B SaaS platform for mobile market analytics, trusted by 350+ companies worldwide (Google, NetEase, PlayVentures and others). We help game and app developers understand the market: competitors, trends, monetization, creatives, features, and opportunities.
Today, we're launching a new AI direction from 0→1, and we’re looking for an AI Automation Engineer who wants to become a key technical driver of this initiative.
This role is for someone who enjoys building real, working AI solutions: connecting tools, creating workflows, shaping architecture, and introducing the right technologies. No legacy, no constraints — you’ll help define how AI works inside AppMagic.
What you’ll work on
Building and evolving LLM-based prototypes and internal tools using modern AI builders (Cursor, Windsurf, Bolt.new, etc.).
Designing and implementing automation workflows in n8n or similar workflow systems.
Integrating APIs and connecting services, data, and models into cohesive pipelines.
Applying RAG approaches and working with vector databases to incorporate internal data.
Using frameworks for complex AI chains (LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar).
Shaping our AI stack, choosing tools, and influencing architecture decisions.
Who we’re looking for someone who:
writes confidently in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript;
has practical experience with n8n or similar automation platforms;
knows how to build functional AI prototypes using modern AI-builder tools;
is comfortable integrating APIs and building data/logic pipelines;
understands RAG concepts and vector storage;
can take initiative, propose solutions, and help shape AppMagic’s AI direction.
We’re a compact fully remote team (~70 people), but already top-2 globally by data volume in our niche and growing fast.
AppMagic is bootstrapped, profitable, and product-driven — we release fast, avoid bureaucracy, and give engineers a lot of ownership. Our tools help hundreds of game studios make better decisions, and we’re now expanding our R&D capabilities to push the product even further.
