We are seeking an enthusiastic, ambitious, and results-driven Head of Business Development to join our growing team in US!
In this role, you’ll play a critical part in identifying and engaging potential customers who can benefit from our products and services, helping to build a strong pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team.
As an analytics platform, we know everything about all prospects: their revenue, downloads, app genres, company location, headcount, as well as names, positions, and email addresses of targeted people. We also have an insight factory: identifying what’s important and interesting in any segment of the mobile market.
As an Head of BD, your core responsibilities will include:
Prospecting & Lead Generation: proactively build and maintain a healthy sales funnel through strategic outreach via personalized emails, calls, and social media to identify high-potential prospects.
Engagement & Nurturing: execute multi-touch outreach sequences using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and Hubspot. Follow up promptly and persistently to engage leads and move them through the funnel.
Qualifying Opportunities: assess and qualify outbound leads using criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.
Event Follow-Up: reach out to and nurture prospects sourced through industry events, conferences, and webinars to maintain engagement and maximize ROI from events.
Collaboration & Reporting: collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies. Maintain accurate records and update CRM systems regularly.
Target Achievement: consistently meet or exceed individual KPIs, including outreach volume, qualified meetings booked, and sales pipeline contribution.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven success in a similar role, with experience in outbound B2B sales
Well-established professional network in the US
Experience in Gaming/SaaS or a related domain
Hands-on familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hubspot, Apollo)
Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate pipeline, and exceed sales targets
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, confident, persuasive, and professional
Self-motivated to grow within a high-performing team
