About the Role

We are looking for a Program Manager (Partnership Team) who will drive the end-to-end launch and delivery of partnership projects with banks, PSPs, and vendors. In this role, you will ensure the scalable implementation of our products through the partner channel — making partnerships work smoothly, predictably, and efficiently.

You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery; align internal and external stakeholders; and ensure integrations go live on time while bringing consistent client flow and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan & Launch Partnership Projects

  • Define project scope, goals, and implementation requirements

  • Build joint roadmaps with partners

  • Assign internal owners across all workstreams

2. Coordinate Across Internal Teams

  • Organize syncs and track progress across Product, Tech, Legal, Support, and Sales

  • Escalate issues, remove blockers, and keep timelines on track

3. Manage Partner Relationships

  • Lead project execution together with the partner’s project manager

  • Run regular syncs and align priorities

  • Help resolve operational issues quickly and efficiently

4. Ensure Documentation & Transparency

  • Maintain accurate project trackers in Notion

  • Create and update the Project Playbook for each partnership

  • Prepare weekly and monthly status reports

5. Deliver & Launch Integrations

  • Oversee testing, readiness, and overall launch process

  • Ensure a smooth end-to-end client journey and support coverage

  • Validate Go-Live readiness from both sides

6. Evaluate & Scale Partnerships

  • Monitor partner-driven client acquisition and revenue performance

  • Identify bottlenecks and lead improvement initiatives

  • Prepare groundwork for the next stages of partnership growth


Core Deliverables

  • Live and stable partner integrations

  • Signed agreements and finalized contracts

  • Clients successfully onboarded through partners

  • Documented workflows: onboarding, reporting, SLA, support

  • Updated Playbooks and Notion trackers

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of project management experience, ideally in fintech, payments, PSPs, banking, or SaaS integrations

  • Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with external partners

  • Experience coordinating technical, product, and commercial workstreams

  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, Jira, Confluence, or similar

  • Strong ownership mentality and focus on measurable outcomes

  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements

  • Customer- and partner-oriented approach
