Chief of Staff

The Chief of Staff acts as a strategic operations leader and partner to the CEO, translating high-level vision into actionable plans and ensuring alignment, accountability, and execution across the organization. This role is central to driving operational focus, cross-functional collaboration, and delivery discipline while enabling the CEO and leadership team to operate at maximum leverage.

Key Deliverables

  • Clear translation of CEO and leadership priorities into actionable organizational objectives

  • Fully operational OKR process with consistent monitoring and progress tracking

  • Smooth execution of cross-functional strategic projects with aligned stakeholders

  • Proactive identification and communication of risks, supported by control mechanisms

  • Timely delivery of data-backed recommendations on new initiatives and operational improvements

  • A high-functioning leadership team enabled by streamlined decision support and operational clarity

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Alignment: Translate CEO and leadership priorities into clear organizational goals; ensure consistent communication and alignment across teams

  • OKR Monitoring: Lead company-wide OKR process, track progress, and support teams in removing delivery roadblocks

  • Decision Support: Provide analytical insights and feedback loops to leadership, enabling faster and more informed decisions

  • Cross-Functional Execution: Manage and drive high-impact projects across teams, ensuring coordination, accountability, and delivery

  • Risk Oversight: Act as central point for surfacing organizational risks; implement regular checkpoints and follow-through mechanisms

  • Strategic Research & Development: Investigate new growth and product opportunities, evaluate initiatives, and recommend action plans to leadership

Work experience & Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years in strategy, operations, or chief of staff roles; startup, FinTech, or tech experience strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to drive execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments

  • Strong operational mindset; skilled at coordinating across functions and delivering outcomes

  • High business acumen with understanding of finance, operations, and product strategy

  • Experience managing OKRs, financial planning processes, and cross-functional initiatives

  • Background in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder alignment capabilities

  • Analytical and structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable leading from behind the scenes, focused on enabling others

  • Onsite presence required
