We’re looking for a detail-oriented Junior Lawyer to support our legal operations and help ensure smooth commercial execution across the business. This role is ideal for someone early in their legal career who enjoys structure, precision, and working closely with commercial teams in a fast-paced tech environment.

What you’ll do

Support the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, proofreading, and maintaining commercial agreements (SaaS, Vendor Agreements, NDAs).

• Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure legal requirements align with business needs.

• Manage legal workflows in DocuSign and ensure all contracts are accurately recorded and tracked in HubSpot (CRM).

• Assist with UAE corporate and compliance matters, including company records, filings, licenses, and permits.

• Help optimize internal legal processes to improve turnaround time from request to signature.

• Coordinate with external law firms, vendors, and relevant UAE authorities when required.

• Contracts are accurate, consistent, and error-free before execution.

• All signed documents are properly filed, tagged, and easy to retrieve.

• Legal requests are handled on time with clear communication to stakeholders.

• Commercial teams experience a smooth and efficient contracting process.

What we’re looking for

• 1–3 years of legal experience (in-house, law firm, or tech/startup environment).

• Familiarity with the UAE legal and corporate framework.

• Hands-on experience with:

  • DocuSign or similar e-signature platforms

  • HubSpot or other CRM tools

  • Advanced MS Word (formatting, redlining, version control)

• Excellent English (written and spoken); Arabic is a plus.

• A detail-driven, organized mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and proactively.
