As our Senior Communication Designer, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact visuals across digital, print, web, and product touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand narrative, improving UI/UX, and ensuring a consistent, professional identity across all marketing and sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
Communication & Branding
Lead design for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, brochures, events, and presentations.
Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal touchpoints.
Translate marketing and sales objectives into effective visual communication.
UI/UX Design Support
Support the design and optimization of Fortis' website and landing pages.
Apply UX principles to improve clarity, accessibility, and conversion.
Collaborate with developers and product teams for seamless delivery.
Content Creation
Design engaging content in English and Arabic (other languages a plus).
Create scalable templates for email, social, and performance campaigns.
Develop motion graphics, short videos, and explainer visuals that bring our products to life.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver on design needs.
Establish smooth workflows for creative production.
Coordinate with external freelancers and vendors as needed.
Vendor & Print Coordination
Prepare print-ready files for events, sales kits, and branded materials.
Ensure high-quality production through third-party vendor collaboration.
Key KPIs
Timely delivery of design assets
Conversion rate improvements on landing pages and web pages
Engagement on visual content (click-through rate, shares, etc.)
Brand consistency across digital and offline channels
Internal stakeholder satisfaction with design output
What we are looking for
Fluent in Arabic and English
4+ years in communication design, ideally in B2B fintech or software
Strong portfolio across digital, branding, UI/UX, and print
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools
Bonus: experience with motion graphics and video editing
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
