Senior Communications Designer

As our Senior Communication Designer, you’ll lead the creation of high-impact visuals across digital, print, web, and product touchpoints. You’ll play a key role in shaping our brand narrative, improving UI/UX, and ensuring a consistent, professional identity across all marketing and sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Communication & Branding

  • Lead design for social media, paid ads, email campaigns, brochures, events, and presentations.

  • Maintain brand consistency across all external and internal touchpoints.

  • Translate marketing and sales objectives into effective visual communication.

  1. UI/UX Design Support

  • Support the design and optimization of Fortis' website and landing pages.

  • Apply UX principles to improve clarity, accessibility, and conversion.

  • Collaborate with developers and product teams for seamless delivery.

  1. Content Creation

  • Design engaging content in English and Arabic (other languages a plus).

  • Create scalable templates for email, social, and performance campaigns.

  • Develop motion graphics, short videos, and explainer visuals that bring our products to life.

  1. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver on design needs.

  • Establish smooth workflows for creative production.

  • Coordinate with external freelancers and vendors as needed.

  1. Vendor & Print Coordination

  • Prepare print-ready files for events, sales kits, and branded materials.

  • Ensure high-quality production through third-party vendor collaboration.

Key KPIs

  • Timely delivery of design assets

  • Conversion rate improvements on landing pages and web pages

  • Engagement on visual content (click-through rate, shares, etc.)

  • Brand consistency across digital and offline channels

  • Internal stakeholder satisfaction with design output

What we are looking for 

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • 4+ years in communication design, ideally in B2B fintech or software

  • Strong portfolio across digital, branding, UI/UX, and print

  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools

  • Bonus: experience with motion graphics and video editing

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects at once
