Job Description
We are looking for motivated Sales Executive to join our commercial team and drive merchant acquisition across the UAE. This role covers the full sales process prospecting, presenting the product, managing pipelines, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handover to the onboarding team.
You will work closely with the Team Lead and the wider commercial organization to achieve monthly subscription targets, represent our brand professionally, and help expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Management & Sales Execution
- Manage and engage potential merchants through phone, email, and digital channels.
- Qualify leads based on business size, needs, and product fit.
- Conduct compelling product demos and presentations tailored to merchant requirements.
- Close subscription or service deals remotely, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
Deal Routing & Collaboration
- Route large or complex opportunities to specialized teams when necessary.
- Maintain clear ownership and handover documentation in CRM.
CRM & Process Discipline
- Maintain accurate records in CRM for leads, calls, demos, and deal outcomes.
- Follow sales SOPs, scripts, and playbooks consistently.
- Use call recordings and analytics to improve pitch, demos, and objection-handling.
Key KPIs:
- Monthly revenue target
- Number of activated paid merchants
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate
- Response time and CRM accuracy
- Pipeline hygiene and deal progression
Required Skills & Experience:
- 1–3 years experience in sales, or account management.
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, payments, or SMB-focused products.
- Exposure to F&B, retail, or service merchant segments.
- Experience with call analytics or sales enablement tools.
- Strong phone, email, and virtual communication skills.
- Comfortable conducting demos and managing pipelines digitally.
- Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
- Target-driven mindset with strong execution discipline.
