We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to drive end-to-end hiring across the company, with a focus on Sales and Business Development roles. This role will also support Back Office, Product, and operational hiring as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage full recruitment cycle: briefing, sourcing, screening, interviewing
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategy and role profiles
• Maintain candidate engagement and communication
• Conduct market mapping, salary benchmarking, and competitive research
• Provide weekly/monthly recruitment reporting
• Improve recruitment processes, interview loops, and ATS data quality
• Support employer branding initiatives

Requirements
• 3–5+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in fast-growing tech/fintech
• Strong sourcing abilities (direct search, boolean search, mapping)
• Experience hiring Sales, BD, and operational roles
• Strong interviewing and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Data-driven and process-oriented
• GCC market experience
