What you will be doing:
Manage inbound leads/outbound sales, close deals by the phone and face to face (offline meetings)
Contact potential and existing clients on the phone
Arrange offline meetings with clients (if necessary) to determine their needs and match them with the range of solutions and options offered by Fortis
Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage relationships (we use Pipedrive)
Handle a pitching of the relevant products and services
Who we are looking for:Excellent knowledge of business English, is a must
Familiar with Pipedrive or similar CRM systems
Minimum of 2 years direct sales experience handling payment and SaaS payment products
A good understanding of dealing with Micro Merchants
Outstanding negotiation and sales skills with proven closing ability
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Passion of technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company
